You are invited to join us for the Meadow Glen HOA Board Meeting Monday, April 6 · 8:00 – 9:00pm via Google Meet

• Topics Include: Financial Update, Commons Area Improvements, Architectural Committee Updates, Board Resolution on Dues and Fees, and Future Plans and Improvements.

• If you would like to speak at the meeting, please reply to your invitation mail with your name and address.

Annual Dues & Invoices

Annual dues remain at $425. Invoices have been sent. If you have not received your invoice, please email board@meadowglenhoa.org.

Payment in full by March 31 is preferred, or you may choose to pay in two installments: the first half by March 31 and the remaining balance by August 31.

Board Approval Required for Most Changes

Thinking about building an addition, adding a deck, cutting down trees, painting your door, etc? Board approval is likely required. PLEASE check with us first!

Community Appearance Walk-Through - March

The Board will begin neighborhood walk-throughs in March. Please begin thinking about pressure washing the mildew, trimming, repairs and maintenance.

We will send 'friendly reminders' first, then follow up as needed. Please help us keep our community looking its best!

Need Lawn Services?

If you need lawn service, our neighborhood landscaper is Tysinger’s Lawn Care. Call Steve (336) 416-3637

Lend a Hand in the Neighborhood

From time to time, to keep expenses down and annual dues from rising, we may need helping hands to beautify our community or repair/maintain our common areas. Examples: Playset repairs, maintaining signs & lighting, spreading pine straw or playground mulch, etc. Send an email to board@meadowglenhoa.org with the subject 'Helping Hands.' Be sure your contact info is included. We will reach out when there is a need.
